I offer an understanding, exploratory space to help you identify, process and rectify what has become most disrupting. I work with an array of challenges but specialize in tools for anxiety, lifes transitions, and disordered eating. I also see many individuals challenged by relationship issues.
At my core I love helping others through life's challenges and transitions. I offer a unique, integrative approach, with evidence-based practices for healing. I have vast experience and a great passion for working to mitigate barriers to healthy living. I have special focus and value in exploring the root of dysfunction, not just treating the symptoms of it.
