I seek to provide a safe, supportive and affirming environment for all genders, races, religions, and cultures. Being passionate about working with individuals, couples or families in life stage transitions, or just seeking change. My approach to therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based, Solution Focused perspective and I deliver it in an empathetic, non-confrontational, and non-judgmental manner. Meeting my clients where they are and helping them get through life's journey creating healthier relationships.
I bring 25 years of combined military and civil service experience that allowed me to travel and work with individuals in different capacities from all over the world. I gained life and leadership skills that I continue to use in practice today when working with individuals, couples or groups.
Together we will join to explore your uniqueness, designing creative ways to overcome the challenges you face in an environment that is empowering and supportive of all relationships.
