Using cognitive behavioral therapy mixed with narrative therapy, I offer an eclectic approach tailored to the needs of each unique client. I am also trained in EMDR. The mix of a solid foundation in the science of psychology and the hope offered by a loving, accepting relationship, can help open the door to lasting healing, growth, and change.
Working to change and grow through therapy can be difficult but I believe it can also be beautiful and fun and certainly fulfilling. We welcome all well-behaved emotional support or service dogs.
