I use a Systems-oriented approach, which is an active, alive means of strengthening the connections between our "logical" left or cognitive brain; and our more sensate, creative right aspects. I see my anxious, depressed, stuck, or confused clients access personal common sense.
With adults, I support compassionate, meaningful change using the client's own, often surprising, "knowing".
My offering is human compassion, and a keen ability to "hear" and see between the lines with the resolve to gently put words to this rich, unspoken information. Clients own their strengths, undo blocks, and discover the wonders of their inner selves; their life stories make more sense to them.
