I have experience with and am focused towards teens (14+), transitional age youth, adults, seniors, and the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in anxiety, communication, trauma, grief and loss, utilizing tools such as DBT skills training, CBT, mindfulness, and talk therapy.
I am able to see new clients as space allows. I have a client centered focus where we work as a team to find the best solution for your unique challenge. I have worked extensively with youth and young adults (14-25), as well as adults, to address such challenges as life transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationships and communication.
