Hello, I am Dr. Kathryn Dole, I am a Licensed Marriage, Family (and Child) therapist. I am located in the greater Placer and Sacramento area of California and work with a wide variety of clients statewide via telehealth. My 30 years of experience and 28 years of education allow me to specialize in many different areas of mental health.
The challenges we all face are made more complicated by local and world pressures. How to heal the effect of our lives which is often expressed in depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, weight, relationship problems, disconnect spiritually, disease, and the psychological impact, as well as emotional and behavioral problems.
