I prioritize compassion, acceptance, authenticity, empowerment and safety in my work as a therapist. I work from a person-centered approach that is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. I use various theoretical orientations such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Attachment Theory, etc. I also use a bit of CBT or CPT when it feels appropriate. I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent adults and older teens. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I am supervised by Kimberly Harkey, LPC-S.
