Understanding that our experiences aren’t just held in memories to be processed or discarded, I integrate psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Positive Psychology and Strength Based, Feminist Therapy models to provide the space for clients to transform.
I am a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years’ experience providing supportive, effective, culturally sensitive therapy to clients. I received a Masters of Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and simultaneously received a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Culture, and Political Psychology.
Free 20 minute phone consultations are offered to assist potential clients in assessing best fit. I am an in network provider for Oscar Health, Aetna, Cigna, and United. I believe therapy should be accessible for everyone; therefore, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee weekly appointments for those experiencing financial hardship.
