Welcome! My name is Kathryn and I am so glad you are here. I am passionate social worker who values helping individuals navigate their journey towards health and overall wellness. I have over 5 years of experience providing support to adolescents and adults, I work with individuals who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, interpersonal conflict and more. Current openings are daytime on Mondays for summer only and Friday evenings.
I provide a safe and supportive space to individuals looking to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we will work towards building resilience, developing coping strategies and fostering positive change. I am trained in a variety of evidence based practices and specialize in trauma focused models.
