Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, under the supervision of Dwayne Frei, LPC-S. I work with adolescents, adults and couples that are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or other life transitions. My hope is that throughout our time together on this healing journey, you gain the tools and skills necessary to cope with and to manage the inevitable ups and downs of life.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. I integrate these alongside other methods based on your specific needs & goals for our time together! YOU are the expert on your life and because of this, I believe that therapy should be a collaborative effort from goal setting to progress monitoring.
I strive to bring a calm & warm atmosphere, empathy, and a genuine sense of compassion to my therapy practice. A safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, while also bringing humor and creativity into our sessions.
