I offer a collaborative therapy based upon respect, empathic understanding and attention to the diversity of human experience. I am very confident in our potential to grow, change and thrive. My clients decide whether they prefer brief or long-term therapy and they determine the frequency of sessions. All meetings are 50 minutes and occur within the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday (Central time in Chicago). All sessions are conducted remotely through telehealth.
I have been a client-centered trainer of new therapists for more than 25 years. In addition to offering counseling and psychotherapy, I also offer counselor consultation for person-centered practitioners.
