I have 30 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. My specialties include trauma work, diagnostic assessment, substance abuse treatment, assessment of high-risk behaviors, major life transitions, school-based interventions, mood disorders and anxiety. I am licensed as a Ph.D. clinical psychologist and as a school psychologist.
It is an honor to work with my clients collaboratively to establish the best treatment plan for therapy. I use the first session to understand the client’s needs and how I can be most helpful.
I believe that making a safe space for clients to be heard and providing validation and encouragement are important first steps to having a successful therapeutic relationship. I invite you to reach out for an initial phone conversation.
