I work with adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, burnout, stress, healing from complex family dynamics, and sleep disturbance. My work is best suited for adults who are looking to identify long-term solutions and building the skills needed to adapt to future concerns as they arise. Whatever work we do together, my clients are in the driver's seat and we will work collaboratively.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to help my clients feel empowered and successful. Together we will work on empowering you to navigate these transitions with grace and self-compassion.
