Tele-therapy sessions are available throughout Colorado and California. As a somatic therapist specializing in trauma and relationship issues, I am devoted to helping clients heal and integrate the mind/body/spirit connection and to experience the deeper meanings and intentions of their life. I provide a warm, compassionate space for inner exploration so clients feel seen and accepted. Transformation and healing are then possible. I am a certified Brainspotting therapist.
I bring a wealth of experiences to my therapy practice including intuitive training, movement facilitation and group/retreat facilitation. I use a number of modalities including brainspotting, somatic awareness, creative expression, meditation, creative visualization, intuitive development, mindfulness and dreamwork.
I have spent several decades engaged in my own personal healing and growth. I enjoy passing on my acquired wisdom, exploring with you and facilitating your healing from traumas, so you are able to reach a place of acceptance and forgiveness of the past, as well as having more authentic and meaningful relationships in the present and future.
