When working with you, I am well-versed in various theoretical approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I have supported individuals who struggle with power dynamics, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, domestic violence, trauma, and more.
I firmly believe that by incorporating a sense of humility and authenticity in my therapy sessions with you, the atmosphere will be balanced and healthy.
