I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children. I have pervious experience working with clients who have had concerns related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, behavior issues, trauma, and LGBTQ+ related issues. I work collaboratively with my clients to create goals and a plan that will help my clients grow, heal, and have a happy, fulfilling life.
I want to create a therapeutic relationship and space for my clients where they feel supported and comfortable enough to share their struggles and be their authentic self. I focus on being genuine, affirming and using unconditional positive regard with my clients. While I have a person-centered and CBT focus I also enjoy utilizing art interventions
