I am committed to working with individuals, children, couples and families with challenging circumstances identify their needs, build upon strengths and foster the development of new competencies, skills, and resilience.
I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling, EMDR, Theraplay, and the Grief Recovery Method. Currently working on certification for EMDR and Theraplay.
I will work collaboratively with you, your child, your family and or your spouse to set goals for treatment and use treatment approaches specific to your presenting concern. I have experience helping people of all ages, ethnicities and life challenges (developmental, emotional and mental) find hope, joy, and an improved life.
