I work with individuals only - not couples and families at this time. I work with adults breaking out of negative cycles, managing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving relationships, questions on career and life purpose. I provide virtual individual therapy and supportive counseling for addiction recovery and medical issues. I have an integrated model of therapy - body, mind and spirit. I am licensed as a Therapist in FL and WI and am a Certified Addiction Professional.
Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate faith and recovery principles in our work together.
