I am an eclectic therapist, meaning that not everyone is the same and I adapt my treatment techniques based on my client’s goals and needs. My approach many times combines client-centered, narrative, behavioral, humanistic, and existential theories using evidence-based techniques drawn from CBT, DBT, REBT, and solution-focused therapy.
Every individual has the power to change and I would like to be that link towards helping them gain strengths back in their lives. Life can be difficult and taking the first step of reaching out for help shows great strength and courage. I am here to assist with guiding you through this difficult time in a judge-free and confidential manner.
