I support my clients by helping them notice reactions and having compassion to our parts, so we can develop more choice and space in decision making and how we respond to events and things happening around us.
I draw from a myriad of influences and practices that include: somatics, mindfulness, HeartMath, meditation, and resilience building. I am an IFS informed practitioner that believes all parts are welcome.
