My therapeutic approach is to provide an inviting space of warmth, understanding, and clinical expertise with intentions of meeting clients where they are, walking shoulder to shoulder in partnership to overcome challenges or obstacles that may be preventing them from their individual potential.
My experience in working with adolescents, young adults, middle aged adults as well as older adults in individual, group, family and couples therapy has provided me insight on the ways in which the dynamics of relationships can impact the way we relate to others as well as ourselves.
