I often work with people to explore topics such as relationship concerns, self-esteem, body image, communication barriers, stress/anxiety, life transitions and women's issues.
I have practiced in a variety of settings throughout the community providing mental health counseling to at-risk adolescents and adults. Through my experience I developed a person-centered, integrative approach to working with clients. I'm flexible and able to meet my clients where they are at to provide a safe space for increased vulnerability and growth.
Therapy should provide a safe space where you can feel heard, validated and connected. Personal and relationship growth occurs the most authentically when people have an opportunity to communicate their feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental, open environment. I consider it a privilege to join my clients in the process of self and/or relationship growth.
