I enjoy working with children and families to address their unique circumstances and challenges. I work with children of all ages, from early childhood through adolescence. I enjoy supporting parents as they manage the ups and downs of parenting children of all ages. I work from a stregnths-based perspective and believe that client motivation to participate actively in therapy is a great indicator of success. I utilize evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy to treat anxiety, depression, stress, and challenging behavior.
I am a certified therapist in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. I’ve received specialized training in working with the early childhood population. I’ve done extensive training on cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety and depression.
