Thank you for visiting my profile! I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of OCD and trauma. I can also help with many other challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, relationship/social concerns, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) via telehealth or in person. My therapy style is warm, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I am often told I come across as sincere, authentic, and easy to talk to.

I offer a flexible approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based treatments (e.g., ERP, ACT, CPT, PE, DBT) when indicated while considering your personal strengths, needs, and preferences. I highly value the working relationship and will check in with you regularly about how therapy is going and whether you are on track with your goals!
