I have 25 years of counseling experience working with a variety of people who are struggling with mental health challenges including stress management, life transitions, depression, anxiety, marital and relationship issues and addiction challenges. I offer a caring and compassionate virtual office for clients to talk, learn new coping strategies and improve their quality of life.
I use several approaches when I work with clients, motivational enhancement therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, strengths and person-centered therapy to treat the whole person that includes mental health, physical health, spiritual health and interpersonal health.
