Kathleen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who began her career in nursing over thirty years ago. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at William Paterson University and a Masters in Professional Mental Health counseling from William Paterson University. She has experience in working in acute and chronic health care settings.
Kathleen understands the connection between the mind and the body. Kathleen's practice focuses on incorporating mindfulness skills, DBT skills, CBT, and ACT to assist individuals to create a sense of balance and peace in their lives. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, going to Broadway shows, and spending time with my family and dogs.
