So, congrats on taking this first step. My name is Kathleen and I am a licensed counselor in the states of Texas, Colorado, New York, and Pennsylvania. I approach each client based on their needs, situation, culture, lived experiences, and goals.

I tend to move fluidly through the following approaches: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered, Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, and Psychodynamic. What does that all mean? I try to bend and move with my clients' needs and where they are in their therapeutic process.
