I'm a master’s level clinician with a degree in Counseling and more than 25 years’ experience working with adults. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Grief Educator. I work from a person-centered approach, meeting each individual where they are. I'm dedicated to hearing client’s stories, helping them heal, and finding ways to live a more fulfilling life.
My areas of specialty include addiction and recovery, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, other mental health issues, and general life challenges, as well as specialized training for first responders and military peronnel. I'm a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the DOT.
