I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Love and Logic (Parenting Skills), Motivational Interviewing, and Grief and Loss.
In therapy we will explore issues that are causing difficulty in your life. We will work to understand the dynamics contributing to the issues. We will also develop healthy coping strategies and skills to move forward towards resolution and healing.
