From racing thoughts and self-doubt, to fear of failure and imposter syndrome, we may feel uncertain about the way forward, and helpless in our rumination about a painful past. Often, we do this while pretending to be doing great. This is not an unusual struggle, but rather a listing of ordinary human experiences. Life is hard. It can also be rich and meaningful when we are present in our lives and in touch with what matters most.
Using evidence-based cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness therapies, I provide a safe and productive setting to help you address a wide range of issues. This can include anxiety, depression, parenting, work stress, relationship challenges, transitions in personal life or career, and also finding meaning and the strength to meet your life goals.
It is my objective to help you live a more peaceful, present, and purposeful life. I value working with a wide range of cultures, religions, and identities, and believe a strong therapeutic relationship starts with a thorough evaluation of your current needs and past experiences.
