My passion is helping individuals, families and couples discover their strengths, which as a result empowers them to make the changes that will bring joy, hope and ultimately meaning in life. My goal as a therapist is to make you feel safe in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to help develop a therapeutic connection.
My approach is eclectic, utilizing strategies from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Based, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic therapies to uncover dysfunctional patterns and distorted thoughts. I will work with you exploring strategies that bring thoughts and feelings to the conscious level and help make changes to lead you to a happier, healthier person.
