I love working with children, adolescents and young women who have "behavioral problems," "worry too much," have "big emotions," or struggle socially. My clients typically experience more of the world and feel the world more deeply than others. While this can be scary and lead to challenging behaviors, over time, a big heart is a super-power. Parents who come to my office often wonder: a) "will this help?" b) "will you understand my child?" and "c) if you understand my kid, will you then judge me?" My answers are a) "yes. It can even be fun" b) "that's my main goal" c) "never."

I specialize in psychological testing and therapy for children, adolescents and young women. While many of my clients have primary concerns involving traumas, autism, ADHD and learning problems, therapy often focuses on anxiety that may be escalating symptoms; family stress/conflict; and other natural biproducts of neurodiversity.

Safety, transparency and clear expectations for growth are my primary goals. I want every session to end on a note of unconditional support when approaching a clear next step. I think therapy should be fun whenever possible, I don't scare or judge easily, and at the end of the day I want to support you/your family in determining what works best.
