Hello my name is Kathleen and I am Marriage and Family Therapist offering in person and virtual appointments. I have a passion for providing a nonjudgmental and safe space. I offer a collaborative approach to working with others and value the importance of gaining a deep understanding of one’s emotional history and helping to align behaviors with values. I work with individuals ages 13 and up and use a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family Systems Therapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
I offer individual and family therapy. Although I a work with people exeriencing a variety of challenges I specialize in working with folks who struggle with anxiety and depression. I love working with adolescents and adults and strive to help improve balance and a sense of well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.
