I have over 20 years of experience at The WARM Place grief support center. I specialize in helping those who feel overwhelmed by a difficult, sudden, or traumatic loss, including individuals and couples who have lost a child, and survivors of suicide.
With emphasis on breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness, and an effective therapy called EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), I can help you get past negative feelings such as guilt, anger, or powerlessness so you can truly move forward with a greater sense of peace.
