I work with individuals and families who have discovered that self-reliance is not enough to sustain change towards a goal. Developing insight, having connection in the community and inviting others into the change process can ease the path forward.
As a clinician with more than 15 years’ experience working with people in recovery, I am able to provide support in the early stages of change and guidance along the growth path. Longer term, I assist individuals and families as they develop insight and move toward greater stability.
Collaboration is important in any change process. Identifying and leveraging a person’s strengths and affirming what’s going right leads to greater self efficacy and better outcomes.
