I use an integrative framework, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other treatment approaches, tailored to meet each person where they are at in their own unique journey towards growth and healing.
I work with ages 18 and up, and have a special interest in anxiety disorders, grief, and trauma treatment. I am also a MN Board Approved LPCC Supervisor.
