My practice brings no judgment, no hidden strings, just a desire to help others feel heard and work through any problems presented. My goal is to support you as we find and use tools that will enable you to solve your presenting problems, which you can take into a life far after our sessions.
I will be able to help you by providing you with a toolbox that you can pull from when we're not in session, by giving positive regard when we meet, and by empowering you to take charge of areas you thought were out of reach. I look forward to working collaboratively with you so that you can take full ownership of your world.
