Hello! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience. I have extensive clinical, research, and academic experience working with people who have experienced trauma and serious mental illness. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and relationship concerns, helping them discover deeper fulfillment through healing and building healthier relationships.
