I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual therapy to adults and couples in PA, NJ and NY. I'm passionate about helping people uncover and activate the resilience, strength and inner wisdom we all have within. I meet you where you are, whether this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve been in therapy for years. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, heard and seen, so we can collaboratively explore how to increase your quality of life and connectedness to others. I specialize in the treatment of mood, relationship and substance use difficulties. I draw from trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, psychodynamic, feminist and anti-oppressive treatment frameworks. I'm neurodiversity affirming, which means that ND folks don't need to be "fixed". I bring to the therapeutic relationship warmth, empathy and a sense of humor.
