Katherine is additionally certified in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Eagala training program. Equine-assisted therapy incorporates horses into individual and group counseling, helping clients relieve psychological distress, build trust and confidence, change unhealthy patterns of behavior, and experience emotional growth and healing.
