I strongly believe in the proverb "A problem shared is a problem halved" and I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing their problems with me. I have experience with working with ages 8 and up on a variety of issues from anger, depression and anxiety to substance use disorders, relationships and auditory hallucinations. I want to work with my clients to find ways to meet their goals.

Share resources with people." That is what I will do for my clients while working with them to resolve whatever may be causing them distress.
