Sometimes, in our lives we hold onto unresolved issues from the past, which can resurface in many different forms. Compounded with everyday life, some situations become unbearable. No one is immune or fortunate enough to avoid sadness, sickness, anger, and fear. Maintaining a strong support system (family and friends) is key when navigating through troubled waters. Sometimes, however, this is not enough.
