I help you find your way back to your true self so you feel much freer to make choices toward the life you really enjoy living. I am an EMDR specialist and have been practicing for over 25 years.
Along with EMDR I am also certified in Gentle Reprocessing, a similar tool which allows the patient to process even without having to recall the exact traumatic moments. Together with elements of CBT and other types of therapeutic modalities this will give your therapy sessions a deep yet personal quality.
I work with individuals, couples, families and children. My style is easy to engage with, both direct and humorous, and my use of EMDR typically reduces the length of therapy.
