Hello, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with a wide range of clients in various settings. I focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, women's issues, and life transitions. I use multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based, Trauma Focused, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-Based (MBCT). I focus on my client's goals, working on what they want to get out of therapy and what direction they want their life to take.
During therapy, I prefer a more casual communication style. Developing a relationship can take time, and I’ll work with you to make sure you feel comfortable and understood. I’ll focus on your needs, honor your personhood, and incorporate therapeutic techniques that will help us work towards your desired goals.
