I'm Katie Miller, a marriage and family therapist with 7 years of experience, specializing in ADHD, PTSD, trauma, adjustment disorders, depression, and anxiety. As a wife and mother, I bring personal insight and dedication to helping families thrive by focusing on finding their authentic selves. When I'm off, I enjoy meditating, reading, walking, spending time with friends and family, swimming, and playing with my son, Lucas. My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from a wide range of techniques to suit each unique client relationship. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals and utilize the methods that best support their journey. I primarily lean towards person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and embodiment work.
