You want to find a way to be yourself and do more of what's really important to you.
My approach is individualized based on your needs and goals. We may focus on identifying your core values, taking the power away from unhelpful thoughts, and working through challenging past experiences that are impacting your life in the present. I am trained in ACT and Brainspotting and I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor.
