I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy seeing people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues which arise during life transitions. I have committed over 30 years to the treatment of eating disorders in adolescents and adults, in both in-patient hospital settings and comprehensive outpatient eating disorder clinics.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have presented at national conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of eating disorders treatment and prevention, effective parenting strategies at different stages of childhood development and assertiveness training.
