Many of us experience traumas, anxiety, depression, Autistic burnout, emotion regulation difficulties, relational difficulties, and struggles with work, school, and parenting demands. I offer individual therapy for children through adults; family therapy; executive function coaching, & parenting supports. I have experience with adoption/trauma. My practice is relationally based and uses an eclectic style of evidence-based practices tailored to the individual. Humor, play, and sensory regulation tools are essential aspects of my practice.
