In therapy, we work together to uncover and understand the impact of your journey on the way you view yourself, the world and your spirituality. I specialize in navigating women’s issues, and work from an attachment-based and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens, with a holistic approach, emphasizing integration of mind, body and spirituality.
I have experience in working with teens, children, families and elders and I am currently focused on adult individuals and couples, with a certification in premarital counseling. I am presently working under supervision and a temporary license, as I pursue my license in marriage and family therapy.
