I am licensed in Texas, Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado and able to provide telehealth (anyone) or in-person counseling (in NE).
I am specially trained in the use of EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Parts Psychology. However, my focus is on using the therapeutic style that works the best for you. Therapy is tailored to your goals and provided through effective listening and communication.
I have special interest in working with individuals working through trauma, couples, marriage preparation, families and military personnel/families. I am trained to provide "Prepare-Enrich" assessments and counseling for couples, as well as pre- and post- deployment marriage and family therapy.
